Terms of Services:

• UnitDigitals agrees to start the work within 1-2 business days once the signup process completed.
• Client should be aware that failure to submit required information or materials may cause subsequent delays in the production.
• Clients may NOT publish or disclose information regarding the work by UnitDigitals.
• Customer can upgrade/downgrade/cancel the campaign at any point in time.
• A dedicated project manager will be allotted for the project who will be solely responsible for run the campaign successfully.
• All fees are due within 3 days of receipt of an invoice.
• The fee is non-refundable once the campaign completed 10 days.
• UnitDigitals may disclose confidential information one to the other to facilitate work under this Agreement.
• UnitDigitals will never ask for any type of credit card credentials, banking information, and personal information not related to the website.
• UnitDigitals never ask for other than basic contact information, we never collect any billing information or banking credentials.
• UnitDigitals never indulges into any black-hat techniques or black-hat strategies. Whatever we do are totally white-labelled.
• We never share your information with any vendors or third parties. We also never rent someone’s information for the sake of any marketing activities.
• We are accepting payments only through Paypal and Wire Transfer. You’ll be provided with the invoice for your payment.
• Our free website consultation fee is totally free of cost, but we’ll charge if you would like to implement any strategies or take up any of our services.
• All the projects are completed by our inhouse team, we are not outsourced any of our projects.
• You’ll be provided with the progress report to track the campaign performance and stuffs performed for your website. All the reports are prepared manually.
• UnitDigitals accepts re-seller project where we’ll never contact the customers of our clients.
• We values your time, so all the reports will be submitted before the payment due date or on the agreed date. If by any chance we are unable to deliver the report on the given date you’ll be notified with the valid reason.
• UnitDigitals has rights to ban any specific IP or website if we found someone is spamming or spreading any wrong information about our website/company.
• UnitDigitals has the rights to take legal action if someone is found to be insulting/misbehaving with any of our employee or representatives of our company.
